His notable work includes projects at Hooters Times Square, Manhattan Country School, Stephen Gaynor School, Hospital for Special Surgery, and the Goldfish Swim Schools in Glen Oaks, Flushing, and Manhattan.

Richard is fully licensed in plumbing, medical gas, backflow installations and testing, and gas service piping. He has honed his skills under the guidance of some of the most prominent Hydronic and Steam Heating Specialists in the nation.
